What happens to documents I upload?

They are used for verification only, seen only by the records team, and deleted once a decision is made. Only the decision itself is kept.

Someone else has claimed my record.

Contact us immediately. Records can only be claimed once, and disputed claims are investigated by the records team as a priority.

Can I join for a late parent or relative?

Profiles of deceased alumni are handled as memorials, not memberships. Write to us and we will help you honour them properly.
